Artist Bio

Eni Austin lives and works in Virginia. She was born in Tirana, Albania and spent her formative years in an international environment, living in Tunisia and Germany, before settling in the United States. She began her studies in fine art at the Washington Studio School in 2017 and formally enrolled in the Master Certificate Program in 2023. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2012, and a Master’s degree in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University in 2021.

Her work engages the figure as both a physical structure and a site of internal awareness. Through gesture, containment, and spatial framing, she develops images in which the body appears both held and in the process of becoming.
